On each side at the top where the ties begin are little iron on pink flamingos. The print side is trimmed at the bottom with a white eyelet ruffle. The name comes from the original way to make it out of a pillowcase. I changed the style to be made from fabric. I make two dresses one a print and the other usually a solid. Then I attach them together, when you want to reverse you just turn the dress inside out.
