The name comes from the original way to make it out of a pillowcase. I changed the style to be made from fabric. I make two dresses one a print and the other usually a solid. Then I attach them together, when you want to reverse you just turn the dress inside out.

This is a great way to have a towel handy and never falling on the floor. I take a towel and cut it in half and attach the cotton hanging part which is my own pattern. Then a buttonhole and a button.
